We ship domestically within Australia and internationally to select countries. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers and include tracking.

2. International Shipping
- Shipping times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days
- Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, delays may occur, but we’ll always aim to dispatch as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale unless faulty.

How to Return

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
- If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
